In this week’s minisode, Abi & Meghan talk about something lovely and slightly melancholic that Abi’s child said while wishing her a happy birthday. Somehow, this leads to them attempting to gain podcast sponsorship from several defunct businesses. (Here’s looking at you, a&b sound!) They manage to bring things back around to talking about how members of the Gaining Mom-entum community are talking to/with their kids about aging and mortality. It turns out everyone who responded to the IG poll is having conversations with their kids on this topic, so Meghan & Abi dig into why they think that might be the case. They round out the episode the way they began, talking about Abi’s birthday, and the Chris Rankin/Percy Weasley Cameo that she received as part of her Zoom celebration festivities.
