You know you should go to bed by this point but you can’t and why would you want to? It has been such a busy day and this is your alone time, even if it means sacrificing some sleep. Turns out there is a name for this behaviour: revenge bedtime procrastination. What does it mean, why does it happen, and how does one tackle it? Tune into our very first minisode to find out!
