For the minisode series, I intend to share deeply personal stories or divinely guided insight. In this mini, I felt the nudge to share one simple "tool" we all hold the power to use in order to shift into a higher consciousness. As we intentionally live from this space our reality begins to shift. We no longer experience extreme lack, judgement, comparison or self-sabotage + dark moments do not last as long. This ends with a short guided meditation you can do every day for a minute or two on your own.
