They celebrate how nice it is to be able to rejoin the outside world, even in a limited the-pandemic-is-still-happening capacity. Abi shares what’s been keeping her up at night (spoiler: it’s her kid) and Meghan shares her panic purchase for her child’s recent birthday. The two of them discuss their takeaways from their conversation with Gray and Megan and what they’re working to implement into their parenting as a result. They discuss Gaining Mom-entum community feedback from their episode on parenting neurodiverse kids and then put the minisode to bed with a reminder of the importance of normalizing these types of conversation(s) and getting comfortable with being uncomfortable.
