Jayson Williams reached the height of his career in 1998 when he signed a $90 million contract with the New Jersey Nets. 

Within four years, however, he was in the middle of investigation into a shooting that happened inside his home that resulted in the death of limo driver Costas 'Gus' Christofi. 

Williams would eventually end up in prison after it was discovered that he pulled the trigger on the shotgun. 

Today we'll tell you that story, which begins with a very difficult early life for the former NBA star.
