ANC veteran Mavuso Msimang has described as gibberish a letter written by Minister of Tourism Lindiwe Sisulu last week. Sisulu published an article, in her personal capacity, in which she questioned the effectiveness of the Constitution in fighting poverty. She also took a swipe at the country's leadership.
