Micah 6:8

He has shown you, O mortal, what is good. And what does the Lord require of you? To act justly and to love mercy and to walk humbly with your God.

Psalms 89:14

Righteousness and justice are the foundation of Your throne; Mercy and truth go before Your face.

Grace is the unmerited gift of God to forgive us our sins.

Mercy is the compassionate or kindly forbearance shown toward an offender

Big Idea:

We love mercy, because we have received mercy.

When we live in mercy and compassion, when we make choices to show mercy and generosity to others, it points to the hope found in God's grace. It is not about us but about Christ. -Francis of Assisi

Steps in the right direction:

Remember the Mercy that you’ve received from the Father.

Pray that your heart and actions line up.

Look for opportunities where you can release mercy.
