In a very 90's moment, the local TV news choppers arrive on the scene, giving Payne his first look at how his new plan is unfolding. Man he sure has a lot of TVs! Payne reacts with delight when he realizes that Jack is on the bus. Jack and Harry attempt to diagnose the bomb, which gives Jack his first chance to get up close and personal with Annie. Sam informs Jack that there is an access panel he can use to look under the bus.
