Has anyone actually seen a soapbox derby? Cause that's what this one is about. BTW, Frankie Muniz shows off his acting chops.  The dude can REALLY ACT. And somehow Disney Channel put out one of the greatest DCOMS right after one of the worst DCOMS. This one was just incredible.
