Love it or hate it, okra has shown potential for being able to clean plastics from our drinking water. In today's Weird or Wired segment, Matt takes a look at recent studies that have shown the oozy gooey goop in okra can assist with the removal of microplastics - tiny particles that plastic sheds as it breaks down. The scientists say it much better and in a more "sciencey" way, but Matt helps break it down for the rest of us.
