Eye Opening

Where does Miracles and Massacres rank among all the audiobooks youve listened to so far?

One of the more engaging books I've listened to in awhile. If you're a listener that enjoys historical trivia in bite sized bits, then this book's for you.

What about Ron McLarty and Glenn Beck s performance did you like?

Overall, the character voices, the accents and, the general narration makes for pleasurable listening. I, however, found myself cringing every time McLarty read cavalry as Calvary (as so many other narrators do). Huge difference in the meaning of these two words, and the misuse is highly distracting.

Glenn Beck is..., well Glenn Beck.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

Yes. But being able to listen to several complete stories any single sitting scratched that itch.

If only we could teach all history like this book does. The whole world would be better off. It is the stories that draw us in and make history, OUR history more intimate in lieu a bunch of facts and date about old dead men

Great Book

Would you consider the audio edition of Miracles and Massacres to be better than the print version?

I never read the print version but I always prefer audible to reading the book if at all possible. I am reading a 700 page book right now and I wish that was on audible but it is not.
