A pastor named Dave had been fighting Acute Myeloid Leukemia for a while and all signs were pointing up that he was going to beat this but then something tragic happened. His appendix ended up rupturing and because of that, he was in some real trouble. The cancer had destroyed all of his white blood cells which prevented him from fighting off any sort of infection.

But just as the doctors and members of his church were losing hope of him beating this, one lady at his church said something that stuck with him.
