Ryder Hunte Clancy graduated with a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Brigham Young University vowingd she'd never write another research or comparative analysis paper again - She was done. Now she's a stay-at-home mother scribbling notes between diaper changes or racking up the word count on the laptop while her little ones sleep. She blames her newfound writing craze on her marriage to a Scotsman. After visiting his homeland, the magic of the country sent her brain twitching and she decided to take up the pen again - this time for fun!

Ryder resides in the Western United States with her young, growing family. She is currently working on her first novel, a middle-grade fantasy set in the Highlands of Scotland.
