New machine learning technology boast claims that their results that are identical to that of a human lawyer. Embedded in these technologies, however, are assumptions that are made on the basis of information available, rather than statistical correctness. This leads to exclusions that are unrealistic, and raises concerns about replacing human judgement in law with these technologies.
