I am lucky to have amazing and smart people in my life who I can call family. Miriam holds an under graduate degree from  Barnard University, and a Masters of Education from Touro college. She speaks of how she overcame loss in her personal life, the opportunities that came her way and how she handled them, and how 9/11 changed her perspective.
