When was the last time you connected with you?  If you’re like me - it’s probably been a while. So I challenge you to spend some time looking at yourself.  Right in your eyes - nowhere to hide.  Do it soon - today, tomorrow, or next Tuesday - but don’t wait too long. Not talking about a Selfie either that you Critic till delete, Or filter for likes.  I’m talking about the 3D you.  Find a mirror and look at yourself 1 minute 2 minute 3 minute, Whatever works for you.  It's a little comfortable at first until a  conversation begins to unfold not sure what to say - you can start with hello - It’s nice to see you.
