For this challenge, find a public mirror or window that reflects your image, and stand in front of it for at least 10 minutes. During this time, deeply observe your reflection and allow yourself to appreciate your physical appearance. This might be uncomfortable for many, but it's an opportunity to overcome self-consciousness and insecurity by embracing self-love and acceptance. Consider the mirror reflection as a friend, acknowledge what you like about yourself, and allow yourself to feel seen, even just by you.
