Sharing updates as well as sharing how miserable people love to bring others into their misery.

Some need to live by treating people how they want to be treated. I will ignore as much as possible but many who care not to brush bad behavior under the rug know there are those who underhandedly say or do things to get a rise. Proper management should nip it in the bud and not just expect one to ignore while the other party is left to keep not picking.
