Our guest for Ep 18 is Keith Tongier, aka The Drum Bum,  of TW's Tackle in Kitty Hawk, NC. The Drum Bum is one of the most knowledgeable guys we know when it comes to fishing.  He always has his finger on the pulse of what is biting and where.  What we did not know is that Keith is also one of the funniest guys we know.  You will have to forgive the editing in this one.  We were slapping the table while laughing and the mics were peaking constantly.  We finally gave up trying to keep him on point.
