Mishlei 25:14 - Self-Praise Over a False Gift (Part 1)
נְשִׂיאִים וְרוּחַ וְגֶשֶׁם אָיִן אִישׁ מִתְהַלֵּל בְּמַתַּת שָׁקֶר:
Length: 45 minutes
Synopsis: This morning (1/28/25), in our Morning Mishlei shiur, we started learning a "straight-up analogy" pasuk - one I've taught many times before. I'm already happy that we came up with a second "basic peshat," in addition to the one I usually teach. We also developed a few other approaches on our own and with some of the meforshim. Next time, I hope to discover something radically different. We'll see!
