I had the privilege of Brad from Stone Cold and Phil M join me on Mismatch to talk about their up coming gig with The Chainsaw Preachers and The Packets. (15th of March 2025)

Lots of fun and jocularity was had by all by all accounts of week of extreme heat of weather, but even more heat on the stage , a wonderful night and amazing music. New and up and coming albums coming so look for their music in the the near future...

This chat has to be the most relaxed the boys Danny and Sime have been. Then again this is their 8th visit with me.

We talk about their last album "Last Call" released Oct 2024, but more importantly their new venture, Country Hip Hop.

Yes you read correctly, Country Hip Hop. An amzing concept and one that the Americans have embraced already, naturally.

We chat with Laken of The Sexels. She talks about their past project Angelik and the road to The Sexels.

Other Members are Ryan and Arthur. They started as a 3 piece they are now 4 piece band.

The name is inherited from Steve's Dad's band from the Seventies.

Pete from Chainsaw Preachers drops in to chat about the band, he's the singer/bass player. Daniel who is on drums and guitarist Darren. Their current album is Culture War and worthy of being in your collection.

The and hails from Adelaide where there is a strong rock and punk scene.

We also have Phil who has dropped in to touch base.

Taylor is a humble and aimable young man with a huge body of musical work behind him. Taylor is about to release his up-and-coming album Troubadour.

A story-teller in music he is about to embark on a tour with Jimmy Barnes, where his listener base will grow once again.

Grant and Wayne joined me on Mismatch to discuss their cover band Heatwave.

They are a cover band and love to have lots of fun and jocularity

Danny and Sime came in live to the studio for their 7th check-up on the program Mismatch. They have made their stamp on Hip Hop, and their sound, and style are unique... They have had many collaborations over their 14-plus years in this genre and are comfortable in their skins.
