I have finally decided that I should talk about secrets. I always count my losses when it comes to secrets that cost me so much.

Secrets can be good for a period of time but it reaches a point when you have to come out clean and let it out. There is a lot of guilt that people carry when they are keeping secrets. It leads to fear and it leads to a lot of losses.

I wish I could expound more on secrets but I believe that most of you will agree with what I have shared on this episode. Secrets take away so much. Choose wisely. Do not let those secrets to destroy what you have built. Be open to the people who matter. It will cost you too much when you loose all you wanted to get from what you've built by keeping those secrets.

Teen-hood is probably the best hood you can find yourself in and it happens to everyone who exists in the world. How cool is that. In your teenage years you will want to do so many things especially the ones you were told not to try.

In my personal experience I had both my fun and bad times. I did so many things and I would urge you to do the same. I matured very fast and I had my focus when I was around 19. I decided to set myself up for what I want. By the time I was headed to my 20 years of age I had an achieved all my bad decisions and had taken all the experiments I wanted to take.

I was not that serious in my teenage years cause I had already decided I will make all my bad decisions at that stage.  

Some of the things I did in my teenage years I ended up regretting. I had no one to tell me that I should expect some things to happen in my teenage years. I was a freelance teenager living her life to the fullest. 

In this episode, I share some five key things that should always be at the back of your mind when you enjoy your teenage years. I hope that you will take them seriously but in case you get involve with someone, don get too serious, its never that serious in your teens.

Love and being loved are a key indicator of great life and a great way of living but; most of the time, we rarely find the people who confirm the feeling. It is hard to start describing love and what it is and all that crap.

I did this instead, confirming whether you are lovable is easy. You are lovable you just don't see it or approve it.Stop asking yourself and stressing over your love issue. You need to affirm this to yourself first. You are love. Love is you and you should own it. 

You cannot exist with anyone if you do not love you. Start finding out if you love you, you appreciate what you do and you love being you. You know what you can do and what you can't. You live life the way you want to and you make the best out of you. Pretty simple.

How do you know that you are loved? well you just do. There is no form of affirmation that can confirm any of your expectations on feelings of love. Anyone who loves you portray all this characteristics:

I mean it comes out naturally, you don have to work overtime to know this, they just come out. Just like that and it makes the difference.

Keep a close eye and watch out for those traits you will see how evident they are and you will know" they love me" in your heart.

Friendship is all we need to co-exist in the world. I mean how would we socialize with people constantly if we got animosity within us?That is why we embrace the trait of friendship.

It takes a lot of work to build the kind of friendship you want. It is not going to be easy. But then again there is nothing in life that comes easy.

In this episode 11, I got to share my view on friendship and what you should look out for in a friend. Is it calm in there? Are you cozy? Is there a sense of harmony. Well, you must feel at least 2 if not all the forms of peace I have described above.

Any kind of friendship should confirm that there is a feeling of "belonging". It just comes naturally and its very evident and not forged.It just happens and you can never miss it.

Today i highlighted a few or many points about friendship and I also got to share that a friend is not necessarily a human being but anyone or anything that gets you back to your senses, holds your hand and take you through the tough stages of life. Always there fr you when you need them and that kind of stuff. Take time and analyse these things when you hang out with your "friends". You can't miss it. Today I had this epic idea to just let my thoughts flow. Study showed me that most of us move with the crowd. How wrong we are. I will give an account for my choices I will defend myself with my choices. No one will face them with me and that is what we forget. Identifying yourself with the crowd is your epic start of your dramatic downfall.

Ever wondered why people ask you why you made that choice when it fails. I mean that is a clear indication that they will not be there with you when you face them consequences. You came alone you make choices alone and you will pay for them alone. Plain and simple.

I don want you to be disobedient, don misinterpret my words, I want you to embrace yourself and get a hold of the power you have [got with you. Use it. You fear judgement from people? what about the one who created you? what do you think will happen to you when you stand before Him? It is your obligation to choose the direction that you want your life to take not the society. Stop killing yourself for people to be pleased with you, please yourself first. Simple.

My timeline is up and we are back to another episode. Self discovery is not time bound. You can take your whole life to find out what you like and what you don like.

My advice which should have been in my next episode is to just let loose and trust the process. You need to take time with this particular process. Time is all that you need to completely understand yourself. Well, as you grow old, you get to see and find new things that excite you. You cannot tell if whatever you liked as a child you still like it till this far.

That being said and done, take all the time you need and find out what excites you, makes you sad, irritates you and so on. I shared my experience from 0 years all the way to 20 years. Tips that all of you can take home is take your time and trust the process. At least, you will get to cultivate something called patience. You learn to be at ease with yourself and that goes a long way.

Most of us may not want to commit to observation and learning stuff about ourselves but you can take this one risk right? You wanna become independent, strong and bold? take this risk and I promise you are going to see the change. Think long and hard about it. Its worth a shot.
