In the second installment of our series on the coronavirus pandemic and the government of Jamaica's response, we speak to Ryan Strachan, president of Generation 2000 (G2K). Generation 2000 is the young professional affiliate of the Jamaica Labour Party (JLP); it is a center-right political youth organization that was founded in 2000 by a group of young professionals that saw a need for professional politics in Jamaica. We had a discussion with Mr. Strachan on how the coronavirus has affected Jamaica and we did a breakdown of the Jamaican government's response to the pandemic.
