Brendan Breen, brother of St Kilda legend Barry Breen, disappeared without a trace in Melbourne in April 2012. The 55-year-old was last seen at the Hilton in South Wharf and wasn't reported missing until a month later when his ex-wife became concerned for his welfare. Detectives from the missing persons squad now believe he met with foul play, as his bank accounts and phone have never been accessed and he failed to attend his daughter's funeral in 2018.
