Theodore Roosevelt once said, “Nothing in the world is worth having or worth doing unless it means effort, pain, difficulty.” As we look at the life of Jesus and the Disciples, we see much of the same. Jesus and the disciples faced rejection, hardship, persecution, and even death as they went about proclaiming the coming of the Kingdom of God. Join us this week as we explore Mark Chapter 6 and see how we can be encouraged that Jesus knows our suffering and has called us to suffer for a greater kingdom than we can imagine.
