Laura Whitfield, Director of Mission United Miami shares how being a member of the US Marine Corps shaped her future career. She also talks about the many resources available to Veterans through Mission United. Their key focus is to help Veterans transition from Military service to Civilian life, with access to educational benefits, career training & resume help, affordable housing & loans, plus pro bono legal assistance. Currently Mission United is supplementing their services with Virtual Warrior Wednesday meetings so Veterans can interact with each other safely online during the Coronavirus Pandemic.​
