Just because you stop your current work does not mean you are actively RESTING in mind, body, or spirit. Resting is an ACTIVE process! As a Christ Follower, as well as a missionary, you must discern when the Lord is saying to: “cease from your labors” “trust in the Lord” “Come away with Me”  “nuach” : do only that which causes your mind, body and soul to BE AT REST. “He said to them, “Come away by yourselves to a remote place and rest a while.” For many people were coming and going, and they did not even have time to eat.” Mark 6:31  “Come to Me, all of you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. All of you, take up My yoke and learn from Me, because I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for yourselves. For My yoke is easy and My burden is light.” Matthew 11:28-30  “It is in vain that you rise up early and go late to rest, eating the bread of anxious toil; for he gives to his beloved sleep.” Psalms 127:2  “And he said to them, “The Sabbath was made for man, not man for the Sabbath. So the Son of Man is lord even of the Sabbath.” Mark 2:27-28  Remember that the LORD said in both the Old and New Testaments: "I WILL GIVE YOU REST"
