In this episode we will discuss how the story we tell ourselves is replicated within our physical reality. This will cover the following defined points:

  • Our physical reality is created by our internal self. How we feel on the inside is reflected in the external. This is the Law of Correspondence.
  • The way we feel on the inside is often controlled by the story we tell ourself: how good we are, what we believe in, how smart we are, or what we are capable of
  • Learn to view your stories from an external perspective. Self growth is merely the ability to catch negative stories and modify them to be positive ones.
