Missive 123: Uncomfortable Physical Touch

Hello my Manish Peeps!

In this episode we will discuss why we crave physical touch but are sometimes uncomfortable in the doing. This will cover the following defined points:

  • Physical touch can be a difficult bridge to cross for a lot of us. We are fine with a hug here and there from those closest to us, but hugs are not permitted with others we barely know.
  • Those my age were raised in a generation where touch was looked down upon. This is more for the men than the women. But it was seen as odd or abnormal to hug.
  • Physical touch is a desire in all our lives and we should be open to it occurring. Allow the inspired actions to go where they may and lean in to the touch of another human.
