Missive 124: Finding Joy In What You Don't Want To Do

Listen Later

Hello my Manish Peeps!

In this episode we will discuss how to allow Love, Joy, and Happiness in all that you do, no matter the initial reaction to doing. This will cover the following defined points:

  • We all have times in our lives where we must accomplish something that we do not want to do. Our instincts are to run, get mad, or do a horrible job to prevent being asked again.
  • But positive emotions are created and maintained by us. They are not reliant upon what is occurring or what we have. We have the ability to find Love, Joy, and Happiness in everything within our lives.
  • To accomplish this you must move past the thoughts of dislike and into the appreciation of what you have and what is occurring. Find the positive. The Law of Polarity specifies that everything has an opposite. So any time you are looking at something from a negative, know there is a positive that exists in that as well if you can alter the lens you are using.
