Hello my Manish Peeps!

In this episode we will discuss the impact to our emotional selves in sacrificing our creative spirit for others. This will cover the following defined points:

  • All humans want to create. We are creative beings who allow positivity in our life through creation. Everything we do, every single day, is a creation that we have defined in our mind. From our schedule to our food, our hobbies to our work life.
  • We can often sacrifice our personal creative spirit to support others and what they desire. Example: Instead of creating that podcast you really want to do, you, instead, help your friend with selling their home. Not something you desire to do but feel as if you should. You are sacrificing your personal creativity for the betterment of another.
  • Not finding time for your creative spirit leads to negative emotions of depression. When you do not feel as if you are building something, you begin to feel stuck and unmotivated. It is only through the creation that inspiration comes. Do not sacrifice time for your creativity.
