Missive 150: Never Sacrifice You

Listen Later

Hello my Manish Peeps!

In this episode we will discuss how sacrificing our own emotions and creativity will never lead to positivity within our life. This will cover the following defined points:

  • Not so positive emotions can create in us a need to sacrifice self for the betterment of others. We do things we do not want to do, for, in the doing, we believe we can release the not so positive emotions we feel.
  • But sacrificing self is a loop of not so positive emotions that is never ending. Others will think you enjoy performing the actions and will continue to lean on you for support. This will lead to more not so positive feelings, causing you to sacrifice more of who you are to assist them.
  • Be true to you. This means understanding and knowing who you are today and who you want to be tomorrow. With this understanding you can determine what will bring you happiness and what will not, releasing that which does not steer you towards your desires.
