Missive 158: The Joy Of Getting Lost In Positive Thoughts

Hello my Manish Peeps!

In this episode we will discuss how we often sway towards not-so-positive thoughts, but can easily begin to center our mind on thinking about the positive in all outcomes. This will cover the following defined points:

  • Our minds often go into thoughts of the not so positive. We create stories on how we will not succeed or not accomplish. It is easier for us to prepare ourselves for the let down then focus on the positives that can come from it.
  • Positive thoughts create a positive reality. The thoughts we have and the emotions we feel create the reality in which we exist. If you plan for bad things to occur, then bad will occur. You will also find yourself always in low vibration, not feeling well in the thinking.
  • Instead, allow positive thoughts to flood your mind. Get lost in these positive thoughts. Create positive emotions from these thoughts and feel good simply in the thinking. You do not need the physical to alter for you to feel good. Thinking happy thoughts creates the benefit of happy feelings.
