Missive 165: Dealing With Burnout

Listen Later

Hello my Manish Peeps!

In this episode we will discuss the need to be willing to step away when your vibrational level drops in creativity. This will cover the following defined points:

  • As we walk the path to our desire we can often lose the inspiration behind our actions. This loss of inspiration is often called burnout.
  • Burnout does not mean you never want to reach for this desire again. It simply is the Universe letting you know that it is time to take a break. That now is not the time to continue the journey and you should let it sit for a bit.
  • Don’t feel bad about becoming burned out, but instead see it as a notice from the Universe to hold for a while. The worst thing you can do is to attempt to move forward in this not so positive state. That lack of inspiration will lead to feelings of lack as you focus on quickly trying to get to the end so you can stop working on it. Instead, step away and return to it once the inspiration returns.
