Hello my Manish Peeps!

In this episode we will discuss how weight loss can be accomplished by simply walking. This will cover the following defined points:

  • There is a belief that high exercise is what is needed to produce weight loss
  • Weight loss is 80% what you put in your mouth and 20% exercise. You cannot burn off a bad diet.
  • I lost over 200 pounds by walking five miles a day, five to six days a week. While boring (at least from a treadmill) it produced the results I was looking for and allowed me to feel better in my daily activities.
