Hello my Manish Peeps!

In this episode we will discuss the link between fasting, religion, and ongoing health. This will cover the following defined points:

  • Most religions have a form of fasting tied to them. Some perform some method of fasting each and every day.
  • One Spiritual belief follows that food, or lack thereof, is good for the body and soul. In such they practice a habit of two meals a day, a minimum of 10 hours between meals.
  • Your body can only focus on one thing at a time. GIve it a chance to move out of the step of processing food, and into the step of healing yourphysical cells. Your body knows what is best, but your mind does a great job at attempting to override it.
