Joe talks with "Niko", the wife of an inmate currently in the care and custody of the Department of Corrections in Missouri. Niko is worried that the lack of sanitizer and proper cleaning supplies as well as items as simple as hand-soap are not available to inmates therefore placing both imates and staff at risk of catching this horrible and sometimes deadly disease.
