A new report from the University of Missouri-St. Louis shows that for the first time in several years, the state’s drug overdose deaths declined by 11%.
Alisa Nelson talks to Rachel Winograd, an associate professor at the university, who says the decline is good news but there’s still plenty of work to do to keep the trend going.
