Today I talk about buyers that are looking for a good deal. What do they mean by this? It usually means they want a property that is cheaper than everything else. There are no good deals in real estate. They might seem like good deals because they are fixers or tenant occupied but when you are done with them you will be lucky if you arent bankrupt.
