Mitchell works as a meteorologist for the National Weather Service in Binghamton, NY.  He grew up in Kentucky but his love for snowy winters brought him up north.  In this episode we learn lots about how weather is forecast, and how technology has made longer-range forecasts more reliable in the last few decades.  Mitchell brings in his homemade mac & cheese "with a kick" and Adam shares a strange combination of marshmallow and chocolate.  You can see photos from the interview at Adam's Facebook page.
