Spearfishing isn't quite like anything else I've ever experienced, and being good in such a foreign landscape comes at no easy task. In this episode my guest, Mitsuki Hara, talks about her experience spearfishing for, and harvesting the current women's world record for White Seabass, aka the ghost... and so much more about spearfishing. Mitsuki loves the ocean, loves animals, and her and her husband are excellent cooks, who showcase their catch and cook practices from lobster all the way to tuna.
