About 40,370 batteries were sold nationwide through Amazon, Costco, Sublue, West Marine, and other online retailers from June 2018 through February 2025.
Stop charging and using these recalled batteries and contact Sublue at 1-855-206-8698 or via the email [email protected] a free replacement battery. A battery collection kit will be provided for the return of the recalled battery, and the new battery will be sent upon return. Follow local guidelines for safe disposal of lithium-ion batteries.
