In fact, they could be in another country and still provide you with some assistance as if they were walking you through them problem themselves. Catherine Zacharias is currently a Business Applications Principal Technical Specialist in the Manufacturing Organizational Unit at Microsoft. Located in Wisconsin, she has been in the Dynamics 365 space for over 10 years. She worked at a Microsoft Partner as a Dynamics CE Consultant prior to joining Microsoft just over 3 years ago. Since joining Microsoft, she has deepened her knowledge of Dynamics 365 Service and Mixed Reality applications focusing on how these technologies can streamline business processes.
