At A Bar Above, Chris & his wife, Julia, create educational content around mixology and advanced mixology concepts and produce some pretty great products to create delicious cocktails (Shakers, strainers, etc). Since they have focused on mixology and advanced mixology techniques, they are able to use many non-traditional ingredients in making drinks. This includes wine, sugar alternatives, acid alternatives, and alcohol alternatives. This allows people to have a much different conversation about health and cocktails (or culinary drinks).
