Maya has starred in films such as Blood and Honey, I Think She Likes Me, and Chocolate in the Afternoon, and more accomplishing three appearances in the Atlantic Film Festival.

She is also a talented artist, singer-songwriter, and makeup artist.

She studied and works in makeup artistry and spends a lot of time working on musical and artistic projects.
