For the first time under his standalone alias, gianpietro steps aside from the gizA djs project to explore a more personal and parallel direction. While still rooted in club culture, this EP shifts the focus toward emotional depth and narrative space.

"Don’t Stop" opens the record with a direct and driving approach. A UK-influenced rhythm and a prominent Moog bassline create a stripped yet energetic structure, balancing dancefloor functionality with refined restraint.

"Under the Same Moon" moves into more intimate territory. Built around a mysterious voice recording and developed through an instinctive studio jam, the track blends melancholy and subtle hope within a controlled electronic framework.

With What Stays, Undernoise continues to expand its catalogue beyond fixed definitions of genre, reinforcing its vision that direction matters more than destination. The release connects movement and introspection, club energy and personal storytelling, within a cohesive two-track statement.

Momentum by gizA djs and gianpietro opens the journey through Bar.ba’s reinterpretation, stretching the emotional core of the original into a deeper and more immersive space, balancing groove and introspection with refined tension.

Talk To U follows in a new light with Lost In Nirāi’s version, shifting the track toward a nuanced nu disco dimension. Warm basslines, fluid rhythm and luminous melodic layers give it a more sensual and groove driven character while preserving the emotional pulse of the original.

The closing comes with gizA djs’ remix of Blackloud’s For What, where the track is pushed into a more unpredictable territory. Originally from Belluno in North-East Italy, Yuri is a drummer, producer and composer with an international background. After studying at the Modern Music Institute in Padova, he deepened his jazz language through the Umbria Jazz clinics and was awarded a scholarship to Berklee College of Music in Boston. During his time in the United States, he toured the East Coast as a session musician with Billy Wylder, further shaping his rhythmic and compositional identity.

Inner Pages reflects this hybrid foundation. The track blends 80s tonal aesthetics with a refined house and deep house flavour, balancing retro textures with contemporary production. Built on a strong rhythmic sensibility and melodic clarity, it moves naturally between musical depth and dancefloor functionality.

With this release, Undernoise continues to bridge its local roots with a broader international perspective.
