Consisting of over 600 members, Operators Guild is an organization that brings together other operators and allows them to share ideas, network and have access to recruitment services. The ethos of the group is to empower other operators, with positions only remaining open for those that contribute and share their own techniques. 

Casey has over 20+ years of experience in investment banking, and operational CFO roles, and was the former Global Head of Strategic Finance at WeWork.
