MLB owners approve plan for return, but battle with MLBPA looms

MLB owners approved a return-to-play plan Monday that would have baseball back in home stadiums by July. Aside from logistical and health/safety concerns, the biggest potential sticking point in negotiations with the MLBPA revolves around money. Owners are proposing a 50-50 revenue split, which the PA will almost assuredly veto. Is it possible we go without baseball entirely in 2020? What are the long-term ramifications for the sport?
