There are a half-dozen afternoon games in MLB on Wednesday as teams get ready to travel after the contestes. The slate opens with the Phillies at the Reds and then the Chicago Cubs meet the Washington Nationals in a game of also-rans.

The Baltimore Orioles conclude their series in Toronto, the Royals are at the Twins and Seattle is at the Angels in a day game. 

At night, Tampa Bay faces the New York Yankees and the Mets are in Atlanta.
