Inspired by a passage I read from "Grow a New Body" written by Alberto Villaldo, it bears repeating that as humans we are a symphony of the masculine and feminine energies.

When we enslave ourselves with one only, refusing to allow the  other, we don't experience harmony within ourselves and in our lives.
